الشروط والأحكام

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامكم للموقع الإلكتروني prosperityseason.shop وجميع عمليات الشراء التي تتم من خلاله. بدخولكم إلى الموقع أو إتمام أي طلب شراء، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بها بالكامل.

1. الهوية القانونية للمتجر

2. المنتجات والأسعار

نبذل جهدنا لعرض أوصاف وصور دقيقة لجميع المنتجات، بما في ذلك المادة والحجم والكمية وأي تحذيرات استخدام ذات صلة. جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالريال العُماني (ر.ع) وتشمل كافة الرسوم المستحقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، وتُحتسب رسوم التوصيل بشكل منفصل وتُعرض بوضوح قبل إتمام الطلب. نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو توفر المنتجات دون إشعار مسبق، على ألا يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات المؤكدة سابقاً.

3. الطلب والتعاقد الإلكتروني

يُعد إتمام عملية الشراء عبر الموقع تعاقداً إلكترونياً صحيحاً ومُلزماً وفقاً لقانون المعاملات الإلكترونية الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 69/2008، بمجرد تأكيد الطلب واستلام تأكيد الدفع. يُرسل تأكيد الطلب إلى بريدكم الإلكتروني المسجل.

4. طرق الدفع

نوفر طرق دفع آمنة تشمل البطاقات الائتمانية/مدى والتحويل البنكي وغيرها من الوسائل المتاحة عبر بوابات الدفع المعتمدة لدينا. لا يتم تخزين بيانات بطاقتكم لدينا؛ تتم معالجتها بشكل مشفر عبر مزود خدمة الدفع.

5. التوصيل

يتم التوصيل داخل سلطنة عُمان خلال المدة المذكورة عند إتمام الطلب، والتي قد تختلف حسب المحافظة والمنتج. نلتزم بتغليف آمن للحفاظ على سلامة القطع الفخارية القابلة للكسر أثناء الشحن.

6. حقوق المستهلك

يتمتع عملاؤنا بكامل الحقوق المكفولة بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك الصادر بالمرسوم السلطاني رقم 66/2014 ولائحته التنفيذية (قرار رقم 77/2017)، بما في ذلك الحق في استبدال أو إصلاح أو استرداد قيمة أي سلعة معيبة أو غير مطابقة للمواصفات خلال 15 يوماً من الاستلام. تفاصيل هذا الحق، إلى جانب أي سياسة استرجاع إضافية نقدمها طوعاً، موضحة بالكامل في سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

7. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المعروضة على الموقع، من صور وشعارات ونصوص وتصاميم، مملوكة لموسم الازدهار أو مرخصة لها من الجهات المصنّعة (بما فيها Costa Nova)، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

8. حدود المسؤولية

نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان دقة المعلومات المعروضة، ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتجات أو عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (كالتأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن الخارجية). لا يُخل هذا البند بأي حقوق إلزامية مكفولة لكم بموجب القانون العُماني.

9. الإبلاغ عن سلامة المنتج

في حال اكتشاف أي عيب يتعلق بسلامة أحد منتجاتنا، يرجى إبلاغنا فوراً؛ ونلتزم، عند الاقتضاء، بإخطار الهيئة العامة لحماية المستهلك وسحب المنتج المعني من التداول وفقاً للأنظمة المعمول بها.

10. القانون الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، وتختص محاكم مسقط دون غيرها بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، مع مراعاة حق المستهلك في اللجوء إلى الهيئة العامة لحماية المستهلك.

11. التعديلات

نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعمل بالنسخة المحدّثة فور نشرها على الموقع. تاريخ آخر تحديث: 22 سبتمبر 2026.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of prosperityseason.shop and all purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be fully bound by them.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images for all products, including material, size, quantity, and any relevant usage warnings. All prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise; delivery fees are calculated separately and clearly shown before checkout. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability without prior notice, without affecting already-confirmed orders.

3. Orders & Electronic Contracting

Completing a purchase through the site constitutes a valid, binding electronic contract under the Electronic Transactions Law (Royal Decree 69/2008), effective upon order confirmation and receipt of payment confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

4. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfer, processed via our approved payment gateway providers. We do not store your card details; all payment data is processed securely and encrypted by our payment service provider.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available across the Sultanate of Oman within the timeframe stated at checkout, which may vary by governorate and product. We take care to pack all items securely to protect fragile ceramic pieces during transit.

6. Consumer Rights

Our customers are entitled to the full protections of the Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree 66/2014) and its executive regulations (PACP Decision 77/2017), including the right to repair, exchange, or refund of any defective or non-conforming item within 15 days of receipt. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — images, logos, text, and designs — is owned by Prosperity Season or licensed to it by manufacturers (including Costa Nova), and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this site and are not liable for indirect damages arising from product misuse or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as delays caused by external shipping carriers). Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you hold under Omani law.

9. Product Safety Reporting

If you discover a safety-related defect in any of our products, please notify us immediately. Where required, we will notify the Public Authority for Consumer Protection (PACP) and withdraw the affected product from sale in accordance with applicable regulations.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to your right to refer complaints to the Public Authority for Consumer Protection.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time; the updated version takes effect upon publication on the site. Last updated: September 22, 2026.
